Cannot view security system remotely on internet

I have a sylvania monitoring system for my work which can used to view locally at the store or at your home through the net. it was all working fine till something happened and now although i can view on LAN but cannot get it to work from home. I have dlink wireless router.

You need to supply more information. there are settings to control this feature but i would need to know information on your system like model number and how you have it hooked to the internet. web monitoring normally uses port 80, so if your hooked to a router you need to open that port to allow it to flow threw to the ip of the machine with the dvr card installed. if your not experienced with setting up networks or changing settings you will have a difficult time but i will try and help.
